How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We use Australia Post for all our shipping service. Shipping times from Australia Post may vary depending on your location. Pls allow another 3-7 days for delivery

What is your return policy?

Personalized candles are usually not eligible for returns, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. However, if there is a mistake or error on our part, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or change my personalized candle order?

Once your personalized candle order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
